Tom Pelik is a Polish-born Australian actor, screenwriter, director and producer. 

Following his passion, he continued to further his skills in London, New York and Los Angeles, settling in Sydney, where he attended NIDA (2007). 

 

After receiving Best Independent Theatre Award at International Short and Sweet Festival for his play "Chocolate Face" (2009), he co- founded 'mr.tomchuk' with his fellow thespian Lech Mackiewicz, and bore fruit to projects such as "Shit Happens" and "NaGL".

 

On screen, and among others, Tom was exhilarated to play a lead role opposite Gosia Dobrowolska in an award winning political thriller "Defect" (Soho Film Festival NYC), as well as to work with Joanne Frogatt (Downtown Abbey) in a TV Movie "Joanne Lees - Murder in the Outback", directed by Tony Tilse.

 

Under his newest creation, 'Greetings from the East', Tom expanded his horizons by writing, producing and directing a short drama "Despair", released in 2015, and is currently developing his first feature film "Kosciuszko" as well as finishing his second feature script "The Sands".

 

Tom is also thrilled to be associated with Treadwood Artists' Ensemble alongside Nasstasja Djalog, Tony Tilse, and other creatives with passion for storytelling.
